60 Minute Massage change

Commonly used by athletes in preparation for workouts and sporting events. It loosens, warms and prepares muscles for intensive use. By incorporating assisted stretching, endurance and performance are improved and the chance of injury is reduced. Post event massage releases pain, prevents stiffness and returns muscles to normal posture. This technique is also used for rehabilitation from injury.

      Sport Massage session's due to the nature of this massage there is participation between the therapist and client. Sessions include stretching, and active and passive therapy. NRT - Neuromuscular Release Therapy is the technique used in our sessions. Trigger point, Structural Integration The goal of a Sports Massage is to condition the muscles and keep them in peak performance condition; by creating blood flow and eliminating metabolic waste and free of chronic holding patterns.
