  • Deep Tissue Massage

    Deep Tissue Massage targets the deep tissue structure of the fascia and muscles, referred to as connective tissue. Of the many types of massage, deep tissue focuses on the release of muscle tension and chronic knots, trigger points, and adhesions
    • 60 Minute Massage $100
      Truly a 60 minute Massage from start to finish.
    • 90 Minute Massage $150
    • 120 minute Deep Tissue $200

    • Sport Therapeutic Massage/Rehab Massage

      Sport Massage session's due to the nature of this massage there is participation between the therapist and client. Sessions include stretching, and active and passive therapy. NRT - Neuromuscular Release Therapy is the technique used in our sessions. Trigger point, Structural Integration The goal of a Sports Massage is to condition the muscles and keep them in peak performance condition; by creating blood flow and eliminating metabolic waste and free of chronic holding patterns.
